01What data do you need from me?+
A POS connection (Square today; Toast, Clover, Shopify next) or a guest list export. We pull your sales and customer history; nothing about your customers’ payment instruments leaves your provider.
02Toast / Square / Resy / OpenTable?+
Square is live. Toast, Clover, Resy, and OpenTable are next on the integration list. If you use something else, we’ll tell you honestly when it’ll be supported — or accept a CSV until we ship it.
03What neighborhoods are you in?+
Early access is open in select neighborhoods we have block-level signals for. Tell us your zip code and we’ll say if we’re ready, or roughly when.

01Who writes the messages?+
CityOS drafts in your voice; you tune it once and approve before things go live. After the first weeks, you decide which message types auto-send and which still wait for your sign-off.
02Who decides who gets reached?+
CityOS scores each customer against their own cadence and the night’s signal. You see the queue. You can pause anyone, exclude segments, or hold a list back.
03What channels?+
SMS and email today, picked per person based on what they actually open. We register your SMS sender with the carriers as part of setup — this is required and we handle it.
